When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it takes on average 1-2 working days to process your order and 4-6 working days for it to be delivered, provided you have ordered before 17:00 (GMT). If these days have passed and you have still not received your order, please contact our customer service team.

Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Also check your spam, sometimes our e-mails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before your Track & Trace link becomes active.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the Track & Trace number you received by e-mail. Fill in the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.
What should I do if a parcel is damaged?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an e-mail to info@dellalondon.com or fill in the contact form on our website
Please do not return the item yet without sharing photos with us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to find a suitable solution for you then. Our customer service team will deal with your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
