1. When can I expect my order?
After placing your order, it takes on average 1-2 working days to process your order and 4-6 working days for it to be delivered, provided you ordered before 17:00. If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.

2. How can I pay?
Della London uses encrypted SSL security on all payments to ensure your safety during checkout. You can pay with the most reliable payment providers, including Paypal, AMEX, Maestro, Union pay, Visa and Mastercard.

3. Where can I find my track & trace code?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Also check your spam, sometimes our e-mails end up there. Please note that it may take a while before your Track & Trace link becomes active.

4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order with the Track & Trace number you received by e-mail. Fill in the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page. 

5. What should I do if a parcel is damaged?

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order is damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an e-mail to info@dellalondon.com

Please do not return the item yet without sharing photos with us. Unfortunately, we won't be able to find a suitable solution for you then. Our customer service team will deal with your message as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
